Terms of Service

1. The service

Notifications lets you authorize compatible agents to send messages to notification channels you connect. Telegram is currently supported. Mobile push notifications and other channels may be added later and will be subject to these terms when made available.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account and agents

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for the agents and MCP clients you authorize and for revoking access you no longer want them to have.

3. Your content

You keep your rights in messages and other content submitted to the service by you or your authorized agents. You give us a limited permission to process, transmit, store, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the service and comply with law. You must have the right to submit the content and direct us to deliver it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• send spam, harassment, threats, malware, or deceptive content;
• access an account or channel without authorization;
• interfere with, probe, or bypass service security or limits; or
• resell or misuse the service in a way that harms others or us.

5. Notification delivery

Notification delivery depends on third-party networks, channel providers, your device, internet access, permissions, focus settings, and other conditions outside our control. Messages may be delayed, duplicated, blocked, or not delivered.

Do not rely on Notifications for emergencies, personal safety, medical care, or any situation where a missed or delayed message could cause serious harm. Mobile features that can bypass focus or silent settings, if offered, will depend on device settings and platform approval and are never guaranteed.

6. Third-party services

The service works with third parties such as identity providers, agent clients, Telegram, hosting providers, and, for future mobile features, Apple. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or changes.

7. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves. You may stop using the service and disconnect channels at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably needed to protect the service or others, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or guaranteed notification delivery.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Notifications and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or missed notifications arising from the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
